• Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate: Natural preservatives that prevent bacterial growth. Both are commonly used to preserve food and beverages. Sodium benzoate occurs naturally in cranberries, prunes, plums, cinnamon, ripe cloves, and apples.
